looking to paint some of the engine bay over the next 2 months or so just a couple of quick questions

the inlet manifold is it easy to get off to paint also i suppose i should be using high temp paint on this?

the header tank is that difficult to get off the same as power steering tank looking to paint these red with the tops chrome plated possibly

is is ok to put clear on theses parts as well with it being so hot in the engine bay.
