insurance going up £200 just cos of changing rear spoiler

I am a 32 yr old male full NCB protected and last year paid around £650 with tesco on my MY01 WRX-now deciding to change the rear spoiler and they want approx £200 more to insure it now-talk of rip off-can anyone help me find another company that will be cheap and either dont mind a spoiler change or charge a lot less then this an ddon tmind insuring an import with no tracker fitted preferably
