Subaru classic bumper lip

I am needing help if any of you know what type or where I would get my hands on a similar bumper lip to the one on this car. Even a manufacturer name, this bumper lip came on the car when imported.

Looks like a veilside bumper don't know whether they even did a kit for the GC8.
