I've been speaking to Jonny of Easytrack regarding the possibility of an exclusive date for Scoobies at Abingdon, and he has come up with some possible dates during the week beginning 24th July.
I need to quickly gauge interest in this event as Jonny has many clubs also wanting exclusive use of the airfield.

We need between 36-40 drivers, which works out at 79 pounds per driver.

Abingdon is a new venue for Easytrack, but you will see that the posts on the Easytrack discussion forum and on here sing its praises.

Please let me know asap if you are interested in attending and I'll let Jonny know if we have sufficient numbers to proceed.

Cheers

I can now confirm that the date has been agreed with Easytrack as 24th July.

As Jonny of EasyTrack says, the more attendees, the cheaper it gets !!!

To book your place, please go to the Easytrack website (www.easytrack.co.uk) and select the bookings option. You should see the Scoobynet day listed and simply need to "Book a place".

More details below, courtesy of Jonny Easytrack.

"The venue which provides a 1.1 mile airfield circuit, fully coned with "brake" boards, turn-in and apex cones clearly marked out on the circuit.

In addition there is a sprint/extreme handling area.

Full marshals and medic coverage.

A full drivers safety briefing and familiarisation laps

ARDS qualified instructor (additional instructors available)

Passenger rides in either of the EZlises (easytrack elises) - a ride that's guaranteed to open your eyes to sideways driving if nothing else

This gives you and your guests the opportunity to test their own vehicles
and skills, with the knowledge that the surrounding landscape will not offer any surprises. Our team of ARDS qualified instructors are highly knowledgeable and excellent communicators who will help ensure everyone gets the best reward from their day."
