Look I dont want to start a war with you on my thread. I have replied to all your PM's (I have every single one here).
You said you 'assumed' it was broken. I also have a PM from you saying that you have confirmation from your controller mate at TNT that the splitter was not broken. You assumed it was broken & refused to sign for it, now its gone missing..
I have helped you enough, replied to all your PM's. Also i have contacted to TNT on many occassions to redeliver.
So please dont come on here trying to make me look bad. I can happily copy & paste your PM's on here to refresh your memory:

In that PM you pasted, it states that the item was refused as damaged, and nowhere have I ever said that TNT said it wasn't. And how can it be my fault it's gone missing? all I did was open it slightly to see the damage and reject it.
I never said you had ignored my PM's, just the question of whether you would be sending another.

My splitter arrived today (would have been earlier but I was at work)
Very pleased with the item, plus the packaging was ideal. How a courier broke one is beyond me as it seems very flexible.
A recommended seller in my book.
