Default NEW Pitch mounts by CDF Racing if enough intrest?!

Hiya guys, Iv been looking for a replacment pitch mount for my car and it seems there a little bit thin on the ground and not many places i can find sell them in the UK.

Iv been talking to Chris @ CDF Racing and if there is enough intrest they will make some. Now i dont know the costs or how much intrest there would be
so im asking here who would be intrested and im sure Chris at CDF will be along at some point to fill in the gaps, prices etc and im sure it could be anodised if you wanted.

for those that dont know, this is a pitch mount (the mount under the intercooler)

I replaced mine a few years ago and the noise that travels through them made me think I had a goosed gearbox!! lol

Look great

These would be cheap enough for us to make guys, The main expense I can see would be the bushes, most likley a £200 tooling charge to get polyurethane bushes custom made for these - unless we can find a bush that is already made to suit

Cant you make the pitcher to suit a bush so to speak,
The Shifter bushes are a 2 part and look very similar if that helps, I have a 5 speed bush spare if you need one to view.

You saying the standard bush can be removed easy enough?

This is my Beatrush Forged Pitchstop. They sell for £60+shipping on ebay.

Top top mod, but beware the encroaching volume of gearbox whine if you go for this solid type.

These aren't a problem to make cost wise,

If Ihad ten orders I would be able to do them for £35 inc vat but that depends on finding a uprated bush to suit them .

I will see what I can find, but still please post your interest

Chris speak to someone like Polybush, im sure they will make the bushes for you if you give them the dimensions youre after. Not like its a complicated bush assy either.

Id also take one at that price.

you need to contact one of the polybush makers and get a pdf of their parts see whats the right size and work to that, it will be cheaper then getting 1 or 2 made.

You should have a go at one of these next Chris, Classic owners with worn subframe bushes would be biting your arm off. I bought a Beatrush one from Japan, but you would be the only UK manufacturer, no one else does them.

Diff Support Brace.

Yes I will shortly

I have already brought a classic one from ebay, sitting in front of me now. Just need to get a newage one .

I have another company looking at the bushes for me as the company doing the droplinks ones for us are far to slow!

Keep eye on the group buy section guys

Nice one New Age ones are a little more engineered with bushes onthe diff side but would be a great addition to your catalogue Fitted mine some time ago and it's awesome coupled with lock bolts.
