Who else can I try who will be competitive and allow a few mods (remapped ecu, stainless zorst....) ?

 

www.elephant.co.uk were pretty competative when i tried them a few months back, seem to remember their site having a page of mods to choose from as well! When i had my MY93 WRX i was with A-Plan insurance, by far the best deal, but thats a couple of years back so that could have changed. Their number is 0845 071 1234.

Norwich union will qoute for upto 3 mods. Mine is ~350 per year, with STI 2 wing, new exhaust and alloys.

 

Out of curiosity, what mods wouldn't elephant quote for?!

 

Remapped ecu (scoobyecu), straight through zorst, brembo calipers/discs, Tein HA coilovers, panel filter

 

NU wont quote either as car is over 10 years old!

Trying BDML 0870 242 0301, Masterquote 0870 240 1378, and Adrian Flux

Thats wierd because my scoob is a 93 WRX JDM but i did change cars part way through the policy from a Pugeot to the scooby

 

try first alternative they gave me the cheapest quote for my 03sti

 

and they would not quote for my MY00 5 door.
