What turbo? 2.35 engine, 650+ fast road setup
Hi
I'm picking up an Impreza that has had a fresh 2.35 built, What turbo options are available for 650+ bhp? I plan to run a 20% meth mix.
The car will be used as a weekend car with the odd track day/drag run.
Thanks
Harry

i think a 35R billet will do that-especially with meth and 2 bar+ anything more than 600 on the road gets a bit wheelspinny though lol

Only turbo choice is scoobyclinic billet gt35rt but you will need an aftermarket inlet manifold as well.

That's the one Banny. I'm leaning towards a SC GT35 at the moment, what exhaust housing did you run on your grey type r?
Cheers

Used a few Owen 35s now, very happy with the results and I've heard really good things about the Gen 2 GTX turbos. Had a load of Clinic 35s over the years including running one on my drag car for a bit, I've never had cause to complain. The new 9 blade looks to be a winner but not had chance to try one yet.

Thanks for the advice all.
I've decided to go for a SC 9 blade GT35.
Martyn,
I'll buy the parts and book it in with you for fitting and mapping, most likely early May.
Thanks
Harry
