Default Chorley New Road crash

Reports of a Crash on chorley new road, Bolton this morning involving a blue Subaru impreza.. 52 year old man cut from car with serious head injuries and another 25 year old with minor injuries.. hope both involved will be ok, its a bad one

That must have took some doing, to crash on what is a very straight, very wide road.

Jesus christ thats some crash

Ive just read about the locals saying that this same Subaru (same reg) is always driving at extremely high speeds and has been seen driven recklessly on this very road often.

Sounds like he had it coming, just thank god he didn't hit anyone else.

From this picture I would say it was a newage JDM going by the rear lights and foglight in the bumper ??





About the only recognisable bit of the car


Must of been one hell of an impact to do that much damage, not wanting to judge but reading the comments of the news site seems that car or a very similar one is often seen hammering it along that road, guess law of averages suggests your going to get it wrong once.

Widetrack too by the looks of the rear bumper in the 1st pic. Looks like it was a nice car once.


Shame it was driven by a complete tool. Glad he didn't kill anyone. It's people like that give the rest of us bad names.

The blue bit with the plastic sheeting looks like a roof vent flap.
