Default eBay seller... Any dealings?

anyone had any dealings with this fella on ebay ?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/impboy95

i recently purchased a JDM center console from him with the double din fitment which is ideal as i have a pioneer head unit in my Audi and want to put it in my scooby.

i managed to get the item really cheap and although when auction was finishing i had a feeling he would get someone to bump the price up for him, this wasn't the case and iwon the item fair and square, some weeks have passed and the item has been shown as dispatched for some time, he can not give me a tracking number even though he has said it was sent by Hermes?, just have a feeling my item is going to be ' lost in the post ' i will be refunded and in a few weeks a JDM center console will go on eBay with a high reserve, How unacceptable is this??,
If this item turns up within the next few days this will be removed and i will apologise, was wondering if anyone else has had a similar dealing??

He seems to have a lot of positive feedback so you never know it might turn up.

Should be delivered quicker than that though so like you say he might not want to let it go if you got it really cheap.

not alot you can do about it though really other than get your money back, shame when you think your getting a bargain.

well this is exactly it mate, im not talking pennies im not sure evan how much it would usually go for but i offered a sensible offer of 20 pound plus the 10 pound postage, and someone in their wisdom has painted it purple so i would have to rub it down primer and paint it so in the long run isnt really a bolt on job and then i managed to get the part for the same price i originally offered anyway, but he had every opportunity to withdrae the item if things wasnt looking good or if someone was interested they would have messaged him and the deal would have been done, but now im without a center console and also have to find another when i could have done all this had the seller withdrew the item, but lying and saying its been dispatched when it isnt i think is a bit c11nty

He said he's having some tracking number issues and can he send me another part? Another part meaning the other centre console that he's got up.... the one that I already have!

I know mate, surprised they're still in business tbh,but the seller won't give the op the tracking number. Sounds like he's taking the pi55 and never sent it to start with.

I know mate you can't tell ask anything without a tracking number obviously, I am a bit fuming if I'm honest not because I haven't got it, it's just the slimey way of doing things, just be straight and say " nah Soz mate you only knocked it for a score I'm not sending **** " if almost prefer that, there isn't a contact number for the fella or anything either

Look at his negative feedback.

Can't believe someone paid £75+post for some 2 pot brakes.

Haha yeah iv got a set off a hawk he could have had for that money to be fair, but that's it though the fella is obviously a money grabber wich is fair enough but you can't have a touch and sell calipers for that money and then be prepared to not do so well on a centre console it's swings and roundabouts

Carlisle based breaker that has courier issues, wonder if its the same joker that dicked me around?

Bought a power steering pump for my blobeye off a bloke called Darren Martin from Carlisle. After 2 weeks it hadnt turned up so like you I asked for a tracking number and got some BS that his account wouldnt let him forward tracking numbers. A week later I put in a paypal claim and he eventually says it must have got lost so will send another. Sends me a classic power steering pump that was basically scrap so I told him I'd drive over and post it through his windscreen if I didnt see my money back. In total it was about 6 weeks before refunding, *****.

Runs out of a place in Carlisle Address: Unit 24, Longtown, Carlisle CA6 5TR
Phone: 01228 792077

Top work rick, your a chap, that's why it's good to be part of a decent community to find out about these type of people, yeah it's only a centre console and I could swallow the money if I had to, but again it's principal and thought I would bring it to attentions so people are aware, great work though lads !!!!

Pretty sure this is the same guy I bought a bumper off! there was a huge delay in dispatch i'm sure he said it got posted and then returned to him?!?! again NO tracking info and then he was going to take it up to me when he was up this way but didn't have room. Bumper finally turned up but it wasn't the one pictured/described (wagon) in the e-bay add (saloon)
I did however get my money back and told to keep the bumper as it was costing to much to send back so the end result was OK

My mate had same problem, he bought some stuff from him and received wrong items. Said he sent stuff to wrong buyer and buyer wouldn't return items, he got a refund but took a month to get it sorted if not longer. He was gutted like yourself.
