The long and short of it is he hates renting and therefore hates landlords. He begrudges the fact that with all the money he pays in rent he will still walk away with nothing come the end of the tenancy; begrudges the fact he continues to misjudge the market waiting to capitalise on crash that has yet to materialise; begrudges that prices continues it's steady rise despite his hypocrisy as someone who would also fuel the rise by openly admitting he has no problems in being a scumbag gazumping another buyer for a property
