I'm currently running a 20G on a 2.5 with supporting mods on a V5 STI Type R, current power figures are 374bhp and 375ft/lbs, added a few more mods and getting re-mapped again in 2 weeks and hoping...

Ported headers are the standard headers opened up...

Ported headers are the standard headers opened up at the inlets to improve the gas flow, Harvey does a service exchange deal with these usually;)

PFR7B are spark plugs m8:thumb:
