I would think a change in barometric pressure...

I would think a change in barometric pressure would affect boost but this only swings around 0.1bar so not a lot really,you should have headroom on the boost limit to cover this?

From memory the green and white block in your pic...

From memory the green and white block in your pic are the grounds,the sensor ground is pin 13 b136 which is the same pin as your knock sensor shield pin.

Yup,wasn't blaming anyone tbh,just strange how the fault never showed it's self while remapping but sh1t happens I guess.

I think when you sort the knock sensor out you will be sorted :thumb:

All them knock events are either a faulty sensor(did you say this is a new sensor and genuine?) or something giving false knock,is your engine/gearbox/running gear noisy? I suppose you could relocate...

Just thinking,As load is calculated by the map sensor when mafless could it be a leak around that sensor,or a faulty sensor? Causing the load to change so much?
Are you running oem map sensor?

Just to add,this clip of your log between 5k-6k the the boost is rising but the engine load is jumping about,not sure if this is an indication of a mechanical fault or leak somewhere?
