You have the stock ECU right? This happened to me after I installed my Link G4+ so I had to change the polarity in the software. Unlikely to be your problem but you never know.

No way I'd use a 6 speed at that level, more weight means you have to compensate with more power. But the later 5 speeds for the phase II engine are supposed to be a little bit stronger though.
