i think its one of the bolts holding the front...

i think its one of the bolts holding the front fog light on that also holds the front of the indicator. you undo that and the back end of the indicator just has a bit sticking out which sits behind...

as long as all 4 wheels are on the ground its ok. its only a problem when you lift 2 wheels off the ground and leave 2 on.
if you have no choice but to lift the front wheels and leave the back on...

FYI, horn relay is in drivers footwell on the right behind a fusebox (Usualy red).
dont know where the brake light relay is but if its one of the relays down there, I would guess your problem is...
