Hi, i've changed my car insurance after being with my old provider for the last 9 years.
My new provider is asking for a security installation certificate which i have never had.
The previous owner got a Meta System alarm/immobiliser fitted and all i have is the original receipt stating the fitting of a cat 1 Alarm system and the code card.
How do i go about getting a certificate?
Does anyone know of somewhere in the Edinburgh area that will issue me one?
How much will it cost roughly?

Any help would be appreciated
