Hi all
Looking like I need a new clutch for my UK WRX - best place? I'm Uddingston area - east of Glasgow but prepared to travel for right garage / price. Wll be ringing Duncan at Hypertech.
Any idea on pricing for a standard clutch? I'guessing around £600

Tbh fella, any decent garage should be able to do this. You don't need a Subaru specialist to do it.

Have you bought the clutch? I just bought a stage 1 clutch from aztec performance on here for a really good price. Give him a pm maybe be able to help you. As for fitting I just quoted 4 hrs labour so looking at around £230 at a garage near me.

what power are u running as u may need to get an uprated clutch.

try andy @ R.A Motorsport in perth, comes highly recommended,

or greer motorsport in beith are other options for you mate

Thanks for response. My car is pretty standard so not looking at up-rated clutches.
Kenny Brown in Hillington quoted £540 all in (supplied and fitted) which sounds pretty good - heard good reports about his work (unless anyone knows different?)
Waiting for price from my local garage - I know its not a "specialist" job but rather it was done by someone who has done a few Impreza clutches before.

It will probably work out cheaper if you buy the clutch from us and then have it fitted. Exedy clutch kit £279.99 and then pay someone around £200 to fit.
