Yearly subscription taken twice!
Just noticed I have been charged twice for my yearly Scoobynet subscription. Who is liable Scoobynet or PayPal? And how do I go about getting it back?

Cancel your recurring subs so it doesn't happen again.

I have done both the things you suggested already. Just can't quite see how the admin are so bad on this forum! Really disappointing!

Hi ive been charged twice also.Paypal transaction id:6C017476EY605232L.£18 on 11thmay and £18 on 12may.Can you refund me £18 please?
