Hahaha... Glad somebody got a photo of the car today.
I wanted to get a pic when it came past me.
This was on the A406 / A13 today round 18:45?
I was driving along in my newly painted Sport when this bad boy came past.

The sound the replica gave off had me switch of the stereo to hear it. It was just deep and throaty!

Lovely cars and rare as hen's teeth, even if that one is only a replica.
According to people who have driven both, the replicas are easier and nicer to drive. The real ones tended to be a bit brutal.
Nearest I've got was sitting in a real one.
Has anyone else sat in a GT70? http://www.bestautophoto.com/images/...d-gt-70-01.jpg
They were going to be the Ford rally car until the RS1800's came good. Then the project was shelved. I saw one at Bristol Street Motors in Birmingham around early 1971.
