New to me sti few pics
Had this about three weeks now. My boy bought it with my money whether I liked it or not he was sold on the rally graphics
bonus points if you notice the subtle mod in picture 4 ?
day after I bought the car I drove to Coventry to get some prodrive wheels. I wasn't worried about the 4hour round trip as I wanted to get to know the car. Coming from a Vectra sri I was blew away by the acceleration and general performance it holds the road like any thing I have ever driven.
In-between driving the car non stop with a massive smile on my face and work I managed to get a few bits sorted. I fitted a lip spoiler zunsport black grill pink badge nice weighty gear **** and a jvc head unit.
Car was filthy after a blast down to Bognor taking all back roads of course
Then it was time for another little mod bet some of you don't even notice it as its quite subtle.
So that's how the car stands at the minute. sorry all of the above is quite random but i don't get a lot of time these days. Plans going forward are full detail, get it lowered slightly (front arch gap just a little big for my liking) and do something with roof scoop its quite badly painted and obviously has no purpose as it a fake
Any comments positive or negative are welcome but if they are negative I cudnt give a flying f@@k because it my car and I love it. Better leave it there as im going for a drive

Thanks martin. yeah definitely want it lowered but not sure what's best way to go about it ? Don't want it slammed just slighty lower and after just buying car and the few bits I have done funds are a bit low.

Depends on what your selling and for how much ?

good mods so far, great shout on the removal of graphics, coilovers are the best way forward to go lower, and I am sure everyone has their own opinion on which are best.
you will most likely need a bodyshop for the vent as I suspect it is bonded to hold at 3figure speeds... but please do go and get rid of it, nothing worse than a pimple on a so far great looking motor.

Thanks for the comments. Daz your car looks very nice, you got a link to them springs please ? Would a body shop charge much to remove and paint the scoop or would I be better removing myself and getting as much of the s@@t off myself then taking to paint ?

depends what it's stuck on with. Try prise it off. Order an eraser wheel from eBay. Goes into ya drill that might get the sealer off if its rubbish they used to bomd it with. Take it easy wont take much to dent ya roof.
