I imagine their labour charges are not extortionate since they can offer that price.
3 hours roughly assuming no seized bolts

I take it that £150 is just labour and not including the cost of the clutch?

How much were Prosport and Agdespeed?
I'm getting a big service done including a full brake change soonish and rang for quotes and found that Autotecnica and Agdespeed were quite a bit cheaper than Prosport.
