Can anyone point me in direction of best place to get black mudflaps with pink sti logo.

Best new age mud flaps are the prodrive ones! Not sure about the pink stickers tho not really my thing!

He can still get the genuine Subaru/Prodrive items from Japan. These are the best you'll buy. Second to those I'd go with the Kaylan items from Performance Creations. Heard good things about Rally Armour too.

I got Scoobyworld flaps for my Wagon just before Christmas. Take your time with the stickers (I spread mine all over the kitchen floor) and it's not too difficult.

I know its not exactly what your after mate, but just incase.......I have a brand new set of Prodrive flaps in the box for the front and rear of all newage cars available for £225 if anybody is interested !
