Two threads on the subject, you really are confused

All depends if you ruined it with sideskirts yet ? if you have you may aswell butcher the rest

Don't touch it, alter a std STi by all means but leave the S202 alone.

Hmm,

The rear end looks similar to any other bugeye. I though it would have been a good upgrade.

The STi 8 rear end looks more meaty.

Something like this, how does it look?

Kas leave it as STi built it, I think the S202 is the best factory built newage Impreza barring the Hawkeye RA-R which rivals it.

Keep it as standard as possible inc the pink STi suspension, the only thing I did to my S202 suspension was an anti lift kit.

Engine wise I just went for an Ecutek map, uprated panel filter and exhaust (but kept the titanium factory system) and that gave 350bhp but as it handled so well it didn't really need massive amounts of power.

Try www.japanparts.com or try Litchfield Imports as they fitted the S202 as an option on their cars.

Good decision.

I'm with most others on here, you don't get an S202 to mess about with it

Is the spoiler in post #13 an S202 spoiler? Reason I ask is that I have a carbon fibre spoiler from a Litchfield Type 25 in the garage, with brackets that I had cleaned up and powder coated black, and have been wondering whether to offer it up for sale. I've gone for the "Spec D" or A-line look, with no spoilers etc

Tim I believe that is an original S202 spoiler, the way to tell is that the feet of the spoiler brackets have their own plastic bases which are individual and not joined up as the Megan Racing copy has.

I may be interested if you're selling, please PM me.

Ah, hadn't spotted the feet being different. Mine has a single base so must be a copy - although I'm sure it was offered as a factory-fit option when Iain Litchfield imported blob STi models.
