Thoughts on colour for p1 wrc's
Looking at getting my wheels refurbed, they are 18" P1 WRC's currently in gold.
Looking to refurb in a different colour, and stumbled across a VW on BBS CH replica wheels in BMW sepang bronze with a satin lacquer.
Views on whether these would suit the P1 wheel and on a bug.

personally , bronze is my favourite wheel colour , especially on jap motors but i dont think it would suite the p1 alloys . it looks better on alloys like rotor drifts, gtrs or similar 5-6 spokes . cant go wrong with satin or matt black imo agressive

Not a fan of black, want something where the wheel will look a slightly different colour depending on the angle you look at it and the angle of the light hitting it, other option is matte gunmetal.
The style of my wheel is the only concern, idealy i would like to have the bbs ch wheels. Might have to see if i can see any cheap sets on ebay and try sell on the P1 wheels.

I would go with InitialD's post and go with anthracite. Had the wheels on my old red UK turbo refurbed as part of a crash repair when some jeb end in a Rover pulled out on me
For different colour effects maybe look at the above with a metal flake incorporated?
Oh and remember, you'll need some new wheels logos - I got a set of 8 (2 per wheel) off a specialist wheel vinyl guy on eBay for £20
