course post bike test to lower insurance and raise capability?
there are a couple of courses i know of. do any of these help lower insurance premiums as well as making you a more aware rider.

I took a bmf course years ago..this really helped with my insurance premiums when I was younger. http://www.bmf.co.uk/pages/bmf_main_...in_page_id=776 The police do a half day one...bike safe http://www.bikesafe.co.uk/ . I did it and enjoyed it. This may also help with insurance....much may depend upon the insurance company. Being a member of the BMF may also get you a discount. Go on the web site and play with insurance quotes to see if you get a discount!
