Subaru sti v5 type-r best panel filter ?

Could anybody tell me what's the best panel filter for my 1999 sti type-r v5 as I know they have problems with maf sensors also is a lightly oiled filter ok.

I,ve had 5 impreza,s, 4 classic and 1 newage and I,m still using the same K+N panel filter with no problems. Steve.
