what is the ej20g dw5he engine in the 95 wrx v ltd and what power can be safely had with minor mods, car is standard at the mo. 260bhp?

Car will be 257bhp or 260ps, runs on 97+ ron fuel only, minor mods can include exhaust, brakes, air filter etc, you can get a piggy back ecu (ESL) and with supporting mods (injectors etc) you can get a bit more out of the engine with the standard turbo, ie 330-350bhp, though this is as far as you shoud go for reliabilities sake, I would also invest in a KS3 www.phormula.co.uk as its a good indicator of what is happening under the bonnet

is it right its a tdo5 turbo? chance of a cdb?

Yes its a td05 16g, chances of being cdb (though it makes no difference unless you spend mega bucks on it), very very slim to none existant.

That is not a CDB engine code no.
