Interesting to see they feel the std brembo spec c/sti brakes are good enough, something I discovered on Sat at Silverstone. Amazing standard fit brakes IMO.

Also wonder why they'r using a VF34 turbo & not VF36 as was on there as std?

Saw the write up on these is the last Total Impreza, the name is based on the the 3 creators surnames. Seems good, but not 67K good. I know this has got a lot of top gear on it, but IIRC the kit itself, if you have a donor was over 20k.

Jase I sent you a PM earlier about some other part, let me know if you can.

Nice bit of kit but you could get a pretty sorted 911 for that sort of money. If I win the lottery I'll be in touch

There is no 911 in the world that would touch this mate.cross country or on a rally stage (not that I know off)

A Murtaya in build at the mo. guy owns a 911 gt (well specced 911, and not a patch.).500/550 bhp, 800 /kilos, 4 wd..

Even the cheaper versions are supercar slayers..

Awesome track car, but 67k?....

If I spent 30-50k on a classic it would be more capable then that on track IMO, and I would save a large chunk of cash...
But each to their own I guess...

I'm sure somebody will be interested.

Each to there own.. you can build one cheaper with a cheaper donor..
teg and steve simpson built this..silly spec and crazy amount spent
it is a brand new group n car ..what do other people charge for that?
N12 built to this spec would be more I reckon.#
You have to see the thing tbh.
The blue murtaya demo car is a mild spec road car, nothing special spec wise and totally left me for dead in a sti4 with gems etc 330+ horse.

dont think people really know how good these cars are!!
think scooby performance and 60% of the weight as the body is near enough no weight at all! you can get them built a lot cheaper than the one jase has advertised as that one is a ridiculously high spec! and like he said the average spec one left his 330bhp sti 4 for dead!!

more like got left behind by one!
saw one going round out newquay way a while back ans was really impressed by it
if peole have money they go and buy o porsche or something like that
id happily plough £50k into one of those with spec running gear! especially if it was up at 400 bhp
they only weigh 800kg so thats 500bhp per ton
how many cars can say they have that power to weight ration?? not many at all! maybe a top of the range catherham but they are the best part of 35k or a modified ariel atom but realistically u cant go driving either out in the rain as they arent practical, the murtaya has a roof and everything!

BUT IF YOU READ WHAT JASE SAYS THIS ONE IS THE TOP SPEC WITH RIDICULOUS LIST OF EXTRAS ON IT! I RECKON A £30K MURTAYA WOULD DESTROY A LOT OF CARS ON THE ROAD!

Been toying with the idea of building one of these for the last few months. Fantastic little car, CKC have been building one in there workshop and I have seen this one banded about for sale on a few sites now. £67k is a top spec one, a self build should see yon on the road for around £20k if you can stop yourself up-specing everything!

Was going to go do the factory tour but I have decided not to as if I do I know there wont be any turning back!

No need to shout. Jase's last post said 50k would equal 500bhp per ton the same as a 35k Caterham or Ariel Atom. That still leave it as a 15k roof minimum and to be fair i wouldn't be taking something like this to a wet trackday.

Not denying it is a nice car though chap. don't think i'm having a go.

DAMN CAPSLOCK KEEPS JAMMING ON!!
i wouldnt want to take it to a wet track day but a least you can go for a casual spin if its drizzling without getting wet through!
wasnt having a go!
£30k would build a decent car
£50k a very good one
and @ £67000 thats a riduclously powerful car to have at 800kg

Always wanted a scooby but could never get my head round there looks. I have however put down my deposit to have a Murtaya built. Just not sure how I want to spec it yet. The type R or RA seems like a good starting point though. Any ideas?
