Lets hope they paint it before the film

Should look okay I think, well for the movie anyway, not sure I'd want one myself though.

I'm not keen on the new shape car, and that just made it worse

Mind you, I don't like the F&F series of films either, even thought they do sometimes have nice cars in. Perhaps I should put my slippers and cap on and retire to the drawing room

If its a Veilside project, you can expect nothing less than

That RX-7 on Tokyo Drift was

I didnt realise they were making a new film. Glad they got the old characters back.

I have to admit that the fast & the furious films are a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. Of course they're all bollocks, and they're not going to win any Oscars, but for a bit of braindead car/chicks/guns entertainment... top stuff

Sadly I even prefer the look of the pictured Scooby with the kit on, looks way better than standard in my eyes when painted .

Sorry, it looks like old-style Laguna welded to Rover 200. Yuck.

I would imagine that instead of using original Subaru's they are replacing them for most scenes with similar looking cars like the mazda and so on as they are cheaper to replace once smashed up and after all they all look the same it is only a few things that are different.

they didn't use imprezas for the films when they looked good and everyone liked them, why are they using one now that looks like a shed?

TBH i doubt the American film makers give a s**t about what us Brits like, they'll want to feature the cars the Yanks like....and the Impreza seems to be very popular over there. Hence all the Civic's in the first film, they love 'em over there.

I quite like the new Subaru, its growing on me.... I think. Anyway I was just having a flick through Barryboys 'as you do' and couldn't help noticing the similarity, very slight, between the two cars.

Thats interesting as from what i`ve heard, Subaru are doing pretty well selling the new hatch. they don`t meed too much to make them look half decent. A change of grill goes a long way to sorting that problem
