Default performance figure of different models and differences

ive just sold my wrx import that was running 260bhp, the reason was to buy something a little newer n dare i say more powerful, but the sti classics are still holding there money pretty well,
basically im looking at a v3 or v4 sti and ive also been looking at the terzo also, just wondering what differences there are in the cars performance, engine, and tuning potential? im not looking for stupid horespower just something that has a but of poke and that is reliable
any information will be great

ver 2/3 sti 280-300bhp(decatted the latter) and for between 4500-7000 for decent cars......but tuned uk cars and wrx's can be just as reliable depending on ownership, tuning etc etc... bit of a can of worms that question...but i would say, buy the best jdm sti you can afford......imho "!
