Ive seen quite a few sets of mcrea seats on ebay so maybe quite a few people replace the seats with these.
I really want to upgrade mine but want the usual UK seats. They are always on ebay when you dont have the money and never on there when you do

I had a McRae and those were not the seats in it. Those were all grey and had the signature's in gold(ish) embossed. Colin McRae drivers side, Nicky Grist on pass. side.
Small pic but I think those are different.

They were available as a 'Prodrive' branded option I think. The Series McRea seats were the optional Recaros with an embroidered script.

I quite like the RS2000 seats.

Sat in a pair the other week and they well comfy.

The Colin McRea seats were an embelished version of the Prodrive option seats (made by Recaro I think). As a result people with deep pockets may have had them fitted to pre-Series McRea cars.
