I can get about 280 from 50ish litres (some times)STI3, bit boring though!!

Yeah here here Paul I get 160-220 miles tops. Heavy right foot I guess

You ain't got a spare STi strut brace have you? I know you've got lots of scoobs & one little strut brace less won't harm you...

Arggh...poor James! 2 scoob's yes but no spare strut brace I'm afraid! Have you tried any of the breakers?
