FACT: I can no longer afford the Scooby...

PLAN: Sell it, and buy a Skoda Rapid Coupe' !!

I used to have one years ago and it was terrific fun. If I can find another one (They're quite rare, now!), I'm gunna strip it down, put in a roll cage, plumbed in extinguisher, lower it, tweak the motor and go for a sub 1300cc class in Hillclimbing.

So...Anyone else out there remember or drive other lowly cars that provide extreme pleasure??

Or am I just a total pervert?!?

If I had to give up the Scoob, i couldn't have anything claiming to be Rapid ! I'd have to have another Jeep Wrangler which is what I had before I bought it.

You could always get a Citroen AX GT and spend a small amount of money on the engine and suspension - £1000-1500 will transform it, and you can pick one up for sod-all.

I know it's not really very fast, but mine always made me smile .... until another piece of interior trim fell off!

A friend had one a while back...Very bloody nippy, those things. But I want the rear-engined-rear-drive for traction.
