Default 2009 wrx s rear seatbelt

Hi there
My rear seatbelt has jammed and locked up.
I have a replacement on its way, just wondered if anyone has removed one before and how's the easiest is to get access.

Can often be freed by putting the seat down and hitting the area behind the belt fittings hard.

have occasionally found that re-positining the belt holder correctly in the pillar releases them, can slip if the bolt isn't tight enough.....
