It looks like a recently imported car from Ireland to the uk , made 2003 registered in Ireland at some point , and bought to the uk at some point but does not say when , it has about one year of mot on it so possibly imported within the last few months, shown off road at the moment

It's a northern Ireland reg so won't have been 'imported' into UK.
Regarding MOT history it won't show up as N.Ireland mot are run through government mot centres and don't use the same system which makes the past mot history publically available
