Zany just sold a minter, they are becoming rare.
Keep plugging away on here. I was very lucky, was online at the right time and got a right result 5 or so years ago.
Still going strong, they are useful and accurate.

There's one on ebay for £380 out of a P1....absolute rip off.
Classic and newage shrouds are different, beware.

Hiya mate

I have seen the one you are talking about. Since they stop producing them I think whoever has put it up must be thinking lets make some money.

I spoke to ecutek the other day, and they told me that the company who maid them stopped producing 10 or so years ago.
So the news of that kind of sucks. but, I'm sure there will be one around the corner somewhere.

im new to all the is what do you mean about classic and new age shrouds ?

Ok, the shroud is the plastic cover that the PSi3 sits in and matches the colour and effect of the dashboard. They are usually dashboard mounted in the middle.

The one on ebay is a classic shroud, the one on this link is a newage shroud. They look similar, but are different :

What model / year car do you have?

In that case you'll need a newage shroud, the one in the SN link above, not the one off ebay.

Not cheap from ICP, people usually sell the PSi3 with the shroud included.

Shame PSi3 went bust all those years ago.

It was a company owned by 3 blokes all called Simon, hence the Si3 bit in PSi3....

I hope you find one, and if you need the full owners manual in PDF format, gissa shout!

When your talking about pricing it all depends wich version model you have .
I have the very last model blue screen with the Hawkeye Subaru picture on start up & has every function avail , including track day options . I certainly wouldn’t let mine go cheap as this version is rare as hens teeth . Have mine mounted into the dash il get a pic up today at some point, also have a pod but I think it looks better mounted + I have defi’s So didn’t want it on top .
I may sell , not sure as I think this will become very sought after future tech wise

Hey mic

yeah I spoke with Simon from auwell the other day, he seems like a pleasant guy.

So I guess you can so why the one is up for 380 on eBay.

Mate so I got a new problem , started the car yesterday well just turned it so the maintenance lights came on and the was this kind of whining noise which died down.

started the car drove it and it's remained ever since. I'm not sure if it's the petrol pump or what but will have a gander today

One thing I forgot to add. This version was developed to coincide with Ecutek. It even has the words Ecutek scroll across on start up before the car appears. In all my years of been around Subaru I have only came across this unit twice , the other BoB RAWLE ‘s Hawk wich is now owned by a friend of a friend . That is part of a huge private collection so that unit will never come to sale ..
Good luck wRXturbo in finding one , really hope you do ,
Regards mic

Because technolgy moved on. You can get way more info by using a Bluetooth adaptor direct to you tablet, phone or HUD.

Even the newer PSi3 versions with the VFD display look ancient now.

Trooper thinks he knows it all
But has never owned one so he knows **** all , really / & yeah guy I’d say that about most of your posts ( what can I say) I’m not trying to sell my unit. But running Ecutek ECu , & having version 4 ‘means I can adjust my settings on the fly/ that includes parameters. So yea , solid peice of kit .

Can you adjust your ECU parameters with torque pro ?
If so great , I personally would like the unit installed , not hanging from a dongle on a phone screen .
& if I upset you , I apologise, I’ve had a few beers today in the sunshine & even my wife thinks I’m a ar$ehole lol x
