NI is a hell of a lot smaller than the mainland though. It wouldn't be feasible here, I wouldn't have thought.

Got a few garages around there don't care. Remember going to a drive through mot centre once. That was nuts you just turned up and cue. Was there for a short time car pasted first time.

I really don't think these new laws will much. Weren't they meant to fail the car before these new laws if you had dash lights on?
