You can pick up v5/6 momo steering wheels from eBay/breakers from between £25-50.

I've seen a few classics on the Jap auction sites with colour-coded centre consoles/steering wheels - must have been all the rage back then.

I agree the side skirts/bumper extensions would have to go. You could probably resell them, I'm sure there are some out there who'd view them as a positive addition...
