There is a metallic red Impreza but the actually colour is not stated.
I don't know what alloys you could get to match that colour though.

I'm thinking of buying my first scooby and can get a Red Mica one immediately.

I haven't seen this colour yet and the dealer is too far away for a visit, does anyone know of any links to photos of cars in this colour?

Any other comments on this colour would be appreciated.

The dealer just down the road from me has a red mica one it at the moment for immediate sale. The colour looks awful in pictures but quite stunning in real life.

I took a picture of the red impreza at the motor show, I don't know if it's the colour you mean.

It looked nice in the flesh though.

Yep thats the red, seen one on the road, I really like it, and i am not usually into red cars. As for wheels i think Anthracite may look OK on it

Take it, it was the only one available from my dealer so I took the plunge. I had my doubts while I was waiting but I wouldn't change it now.

I have the Red Mica and it s a beautiful colour, chosen by my wife.

I waas logged on to Subaru's web site and looking at the current colours (red mica was not there, maybe now), I asked her what colour car should I get, "Oh! Red", she replied. A week later I informed her that the new car was arriving on Friday, "Oh! What colour ?", "Red !!!!", I replied, "Like you asked for", "Oh, I thought you were playing that b****y Sega Rally again, I did'nt realise you were picking you car"

Anyway I'm in the Reading area, working in Bracknel most days if you're round and about let me know if you want to look see.

By the way I think it might have been my car that is in the Motorshow pics, anybody know how Ican find out ?

The new red is an almost terracotta sort of colour.

Thanks everyone, especially for the pictures.

As soon as I can offload my present car (waiting for bids from the garage) I think I'll be getting a Red Mica Scooby, so expect lots of questions over the next few weeks.
