Struggling power
i have a 1995 wrx Subaru Impreza import the car is giving me problems. When I drive it it judders abit like it’s starving for fuel and once it’s warm u can hear a slight miss fire what can it be

i assume a 95 year car still has a cel light ? and there is a way of checking any faults on it but i can’t remember exactly how but i’m sure can be found on line, it’s connecting wires under the dash from memory , i’m assuning due to age no obd port ? but as above code reading first , it sounds electrical to me , leads and spark plugs would be my first choice
