JDM Forrester STI SG9
Hi all,
Looking at getting a FozzySTI imported to replace my WRX. Need more space and such.
Anyway, I believe that it has the 32bit DBW ECU. The question is can I have AL/LC enabled via a re-map. ( Carberry) or is it a new ECU?
Thanks

The SG9 is the same chassis as the GD (Newage) Impreza. Apart from being a little taller the interior dimensions are pretty much the same.
Not sure why AL/LC is necessary but each to there own. The SG9 STi is DBW.

Al , does it not damage the engine ? the LC , it’s very quick off the line any way , the mrs beats me off the lights in her fsti v jdm sti wagon even though the wagon has a fair bit more bhp than the fsti , benefit of fsti a smaller turbo less lag and a load more torque
