Subarubadger

Seems to be a vacuum line and it snapped off as was very brittle I'm guessing from being hot from being so close to the turbo it's really hard to get to can't seem to get it without taking off the turbo or hole intake manifold. Any thoughts on this?? Also have a power steering leak is there a isual
weak point to look for. New to this stuff but trying to get into it myself as much as I can
so any advice much appreciated
