Default Arb mounts

Hi guys,

The mounts that the arb mounts clamp onto are rotten on my 2004 wagon. Where is the best place to get these either OEM or uprated?

Thanks,

Dan

Go for Perrin Stout mounts. Solid, great build and look good.
Whiteline shiney gold mounts do corrode badly but do the same job.

I'm using uprated whiteline ARB mounts. They are great. Very well built.

if the actual mounting plates on the chassis are rotten then perrin/whiteline stout mounts arent gonna be much use as they still need to mount on to the bit that is rotten

Well , the mount attached direct to the chassis beam / unless your saying your chassis is rotten thru , why start the thread saying your mounts are rotten ?
Either way , I’m just showing you the roll mount attached to the stout / attached to the chasssis

Save your money on those clamps and rubbers Zippy and get the uprated ARB mount kit. They are MUCH stronger that the originals, will stiffen things up nicely and you know that everything is then solid and good. Chances are your chassis mounts are rusty too, not just the clamps. Be surprised if your chassis rails are rusty at all.

The part numbers in my pic probably won't be correct for your car as they were on my 2004 FSTI.

Got all my bits from Darrell @ Scoobyworx who will give you a scoobynet discount code for his site.

Looks very comprehensive, but still retains the week original ARB chassis mounts, which I would advise upgrading.
