Default Bugeye RA vs Blobeye Spec C - what's the difference?

As it says at the top! Is one particularly better than the other?

Single scroll vs Twin scroll.
But both hugely capable cars.

I have a ver 7 sti wagon , it appears they had forged engines , the twin scroll is more powerful but apparently better fuel economy in the ver 8 , but when ever things are more powerful fuel economy tends to dip i find lol , mine is not a ra wagon , i'm sure either car is very capable plus the strength of a 2 litre lump even if 2.5 drive better
