So after refurbing my suspension and shocks/springs. I feel the engine bay is due some tlc before I put a shiny new FMIC on (advice on that please - budget ~£4-500, ease of fitment etc.).


How hard is it to clean up the manifold?


what other jobs can I do to make the bay look cleaner? refurb alternator, same for alternator cover? but then what else. I already have silicone hoses which are nicer than the old tat.

Try just a general clean, my mates just done his, and engine bay looks loads better. I will post a picture up of shuff he's used.
