Firstly, why is the torque/bhp shown crossing at 4600rpm when it has to be 5252rpm?

What turbo? I'm presuming not a TD04 as the peak toque is late in the rev range. What's the reason for the dip in power after peak torque? Then it picks up again later on. I would have expected the power to continue to rise to around 340bph. Also, that graph suggest that about 3mm is the difference between 290 and 340 - what scale is it?

Do you have some better images/graphs?

I'm guessing boost control not held.
Seems to be a td04 from my guess which is decent hp for it, I made 301hp on a td04 on carberry too which was maffless which seem to squeeze that tad more

Good numbers but can't say much about the graph with the scale being so far off.

I've always been curious why this is important?

Also, the dyno sheet above is 11 years old, do you have a more up to date one?

Better control of boost at high revs, especially when run boost above stock. With the 2-port, you are likely to experience a drop off in boost after 5k or an oscillation. As per the graph.

So would a 3port sort this? What difference will it make to the feel of the car? Thanks

Yea 2.0 it shocked a few today as its like 2.5. I dont have any recipts for rebuild etc so assume its standard. They run alot of cars and figures accurate. A well known midlands subaru garage and respectable mapper also use this dyno.

Its peaking at 22.7psi aswell so running good boost on a td04. That from my psi3 data monitor so accurate.

Ive got a print out from scoobyclinic from 2months prior to me owning car and it made 273bhp. That was before perrin inlet pipe and i had it mapped on carrberry rom. The difference when carrberry rom was mapped onto it is night and day.
