My 00MY downpipe is pretty tired but I dont want to go the decat or aftermarket sports cat route.
So, would an 01MY blobeye one fit as an alternative?

An 01my will be a bugeye, it will fit but it's a different length to a classic. If you want it to fit you'll need a bugeye/blob centre pipe to go with it. They are the same ish total length but one has a shorter down pipe and longer centre pipe and the other has it opposite. Stupid I know.

Not sure where you are in Bucks - I am in MK - I might have a newage centre pipe if you need it (wouldn't want much for it)

Thanks for the offer. My centre section and back box are fairly new, so I'm going to park the idea for now re the downpipe. Save up for Cobra or H&S .. next year !
