Default Thinking about selling my hawk STI

I'm toying with the idea of selling my 2006 STI as I just don't use it anymore and have done less than 50 miles in the last 6 months in it.
thought I would ask you lot what you would value it at, I have had a look about and prices are all over the place.
I know I'm going to get a grilling about how no one will want it blah blah blah as it's a 2.5 but it still has a value.
im not going to write a full description as this is not a forsale advert but briefly it is an early 2006 (cheaper tax)hawk sti ppp with certificate done 92 k with full history, cam belt is due but I will sort this before I sell it.
freshly powder coated genuine PFF7 alloy wheels with new vredenstien sesantas all round, new clutch fitted last year and done little mileage since
very clean and tidy inside and out and faultless to drive.
So could I have a realistic valuation please.
No it has not had the head gaskets replaced I thought they would have gone by now but still going strong! Maybe due to having an easy life as I bought it off a lady who had owned it from 14000 miles then I bought it on 85000.
standard ppp exhaust will be fitted and not the Raptor.
Toyo tyres are in the pics but I had the wheels powder coated again recently as I wasn't happy with the finish and the vredenstien tyres fitted .

Think £8.5k would be right, but obviously stick it up for more and see what offers you get!!!!

I quite fancy a forester STI but that won't get used much either...
