ACL bearings
Cosworth headgasket
RCM oil pump
RCM airfilter K&N

You will have to be very careful, as 2.5 with a 20G can make over 400lbft of torque and easily destroy the type r box.

I would say 6 speed and a twin plate exedy would be the fit and forget solution for you

thats true but im looking for a 6 speed gearbox and i believe that i will also need to change the rear diff too to match the gearbox. i have a paddle clutch already in the car so i will keep that for now until i get a 6spd gearbox then change it at the time.

Yes you will need either an R180 3.9 diff if you get an JDM box or an R180 3.54 diff, if you go for UK box. Agree it would be best changing the full lot together but with the above spec the type r box is on borrowed time.

If everything runs perfect that setup will make close to 400/400 possibly more depending on what fuel you run

I wil run on VPower always have il wil be more then happy with that kind of power, do you think this internals are reliable for that kind of power? I wasnt aiming to reach 400bhp i was think to get 350-380bhp and have a reliable engine i dont want to max the engine capability.

If you are going on a simtek, you have the option for a 2nd map maybe worth considering v power/20% meth......

The pistons are easy good for the power, the only thing with eagle rods is that they are bit hit and miss e.g good sets bad sets luck of the draw. My last build I sold the eagle rods and bought some carillos instead and there was a world of difference in quality and material used

Eagle rods will be fine at that level.

Not much of a difference in cost. So you rekon manley is far better then eagle? Few ppl told me to go for eagle and few told me to go for manley so i dont know which one to go for. 

If I had the choice it would be manley for me, as their quality control seems to be a lot more consistent than eagle

I mite not be looking for any thing more then 400 bhp at the moment maybe at later stage so what would be the best for me i just dont want to buy something now then having to change later again i would rather get wateva is good between manley or eagle. And yea where is the best place to get simtek supplied and fitted with custom map?

If you are thinking you may want more power later (you will want more, trust me on that ) buy the best you can afford now and over spec the engine.

Look at my signature, JGM is your map for everything simtek related

Made 430 @ 1.45 bar on a 2.5 with an af td05-20g, should easily make 400 with that setup as long as the turbo is a goodun

Better brakes and suspension would also be advisable to make full use of the power

You could consider CP or even Cosworth pistons

Newage brembos with Performance friction pads and discs is a good upgrade from the the standard 4 pots.

Tein suspension is pretty good on the whole but ride can be a little bouncy
