Cold air and filter box
A few people have individually contacted me for more information on the box.
Tips:
Use cardboard (thick stuff as used for boxes) to make one or more templates until you're fairly sure that the box will fit ok. Only then move it across to metal. I used tin snips but a jig saw would probably also be fine - except the for vibrations it would cause - hence me using tin snips.
I used galvanised steel but you can obviously also use aluminium.
I edged it to ensure there were no sharp edges anywhere.
